Serving a seasonally changing menu inspired by the classics, Bull and Barrel will be a new steakhouse based in Statesboro, Ga. where you can find dishes that are refined and familiar, comforting and elegant.
How it all began
Having worked together and formed friendships over the course of 20 years working in the restaurant industry, partners Jim Peery, Jason Franklin, and John Adam finally joined around a table in the summer of 2018 with dreams of opening a restaurant that set the standard for both quality of food and service in Statesboro.

Building from the ground up
Having spent years eating and traveling the country Jim, Jason, and John meticulously noted likes and dislikes of the ambiance, food, and service of everywhere they dined.
Having a vision for everyday elegance represented in both the menu and the environment, Bull and Barrel’s menu and dining rooms have been designed from the ground up with the same level of attention and intention as you would expect in some of the finest dining establishments across the Southeast.
